Ready to start your career in customer service and sales? We’re looking for outgoing, motivated individuals to join our team as Client Success & Sales Representatives. In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for potential business customers—helping them understand our client’s services, guiding them through the sign-up process, and supporting their transition every step of the way.
What You’ll Do:
- Greet and engage potential business customers, answering questions and offering tailored information
- Walk customers through the enrollment process and help with necessary paperwork
- Deliver presentations on client services to drive awareness and new customer sign-ups
- Use CRM software to track leads, follow-ups, and customer information
- Partner with the sales team to identify and follow up on qualified leads
- Keep up-to-date on all service offerings, pricing, and promotions
- Participate in training sessions to sharpen your skills and grow within the company
- Help the team hit sales and service goals while delivering top-tier customer experiences
What We’re Looking For:
- High school diploma required; college degree is a plus
- Great communication skills and a friendly, professional attitude
- Willingness to learn, take initiative, and contribute to a fast-moving team
- Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable juggling multiple tasks
- Experience in customer service or sales is helpful, but not required—we’ll train you!
- Basic computer literacy; CRM experience is a bonus
