Position Details
This position provides administrative assistance to all FACT and ACT programs throughout the state of Louisiana related to authorization and billing issues.
Business Manager
- Assists State Director in management of budgets and billing.
- Participates in the development of the organizational strategic plan and quality improvement processes including fiscal/business models that will ensure sustainability
- Ensures collection of all necessary program data
- Analyzes data to ensure programmatic and organization goals, objective and performance measures are met
- Offers financial expertise to State Director and staff to ensure maximization of revenue, balanced budgeting and fiscal solvency
- Uses data to guide decision-making
- Works with staff to identify goals and expectations; establishes measurable outcomes, direction and policy for the agency and its program
- Assists State Director to develop efficient and effective policies, procedures, and personnel functions
- Models recovery values and encourages the use of these values with staff, community partners and clients
- Ensures prompt response to community, staff, client, and family requests
- Nurtures professional relationships with agency partners to ensure continuity of care
- Attends professional meetings and conferences to maintain current on developments and issues important to the Louisiana ACT and FACT.
- Maintains confidentiality in all aspects of client (i.e.: HIPAA , FERPA, P.L. 46:56) staff and agency information
- Maintains primary interface with billing offices.
