Job Summary: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Part-Time Site Supervisor to oversee our commercial properties. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the curb appeal of the properties, addressing and resolving issues, showing available spaces to potential tenants, and following up with existing tenants as needed.
Key Responsibilities:
Curb Appeal Maintenance: Ensure the properties are well-maintained and visually appealing at all times. Coordinate with maintenance and landscaping teams as needed.
Issue Escalation and Resolution: Identify and escalate any property issues to the appropriate parties. Take initiative to resolve problems promptly and efficiently.
Tenant Interaction: Meet with potential tenants to show available spaces and provide information about the properties. Follow up with existing tenants to address their needs and concerns.
Vendor Management: Coordinate and attend meetings with vendors, including maintenance and service providers, to ensure the timely and quality completion of work.
Security Management: Change out locks and manage access control as needed to ensure the security of the properties.
Communication: Maintain clear and effective communication with property management, tenants, and maintenance staff.
Reporting: Document and report any incidents, maintenance needs, or tenant feedback to the property management team.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in property management, facilities management, or a related field is preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to take initiative and work independently.
Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards.
Flexible availability, including the ability to work weekends and evenings as needed.
