What you'll do:
- Support store management and leadership with day-to-day administrative tasks
- Maintain organized files and documentation, including personnel records
- Help with the hiring and onboarding of new associates
- Assist with scheduling, inventory, and expense monitoring
- Provide exceptional customer service to both associates and customers
- Be a key communicator, providing updates to management and team members
- Support store operations and ensure adherence to company standards

- Prior retail and leadership experience is a plus, but not required
