The Graphic Design Coordinator supports the Cinema Support Center (CSC) Marketing team in the execution of MJR programs. This position reports to the Director of Marketing and also works cross-functionally, with internal and external partners.
Under supervision of the Director of Marketing, this individual is responsible for assisting in a wide range of processes, projects and administrative duties that may include:
- Collaborate with the Director of Marketing to develop the media/communication plan across owned and paid media to support the 52-Week Marketing Plan
- Collaborate with internal partners (ITS, B2B, etc.) in the development and execution of budget-driven marketing initiatives
- Assist with media campaigns, promotions across sales channels and media platforms as directed
- Provide support in the planning and execution of loyalty marketing initiatives across all media platforms
- Assist with execution and roll-out of marketing programs for all MJR Theatre locations
- Format content for MJR media campaigns, promotions, etc. when required
- Ensure internal and external compliance of MJR brand standards and branding materials
- Pull and distribute campaign reports for external and internal partners
- Other duties as assigned
Education, Skills and Experience:
- Working towards Bachelors degree in related field and / or;
- Marketing/Industry experience is a plus
- Equivalent combination of education and experience
- Experience with Google Analytics preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Power Point, etc.)
- Excellent organization and time management skills
- Strong communication skills (verbal and written)
- Team player/collaborative
- Attention to detail
