Job Description
In this role, you will impact the efficiency and effectiveness of production processes, directly contributing to the overall success of the company by ensuring that products are manufactured on time and to specification.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Supervise daily production activities and manage a team of production workers.
- Ensure adherence to safety protocols and quality standards throughout the production process.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize production schedules and workflows.

Responsibilities
YOU MUST HAVE
- 6+ years of experience in production management or a related field.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
- Knowledge of production processes and quality control standards.
- Experience with manufacturing software and systems.
WE VALUE
- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in a supervisory or management role within a manufacturing environment.
- Ability to analyze production data and implement process improvements.
