Rendezvous Pizza in Bricktown is seeking a friendly and efficient Server & Hourly Supervisor to join our team and grow with us! They will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and drinks, and ensuring customer satisfaction as well as working 2 - 3 supervisor shifts. On the supervisor shifts, they will be responsible for opening or closing the restaurant. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
- Greet customers and take their orders
- Provide menu recommendations and answer questions about menu items
- Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently
- Deliver food and drinks to tables in a timely manner
- Ensure customer satisfaction by checking in with customers and addressing any concerns
- Process payments and make change accurately
- Keep dining area clean and organized
- Assist with the training and supervision of the team, ensuring all employees are performing at their highest capability.
- Closing & opening administrative responsibilities on supervising shifts
Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Server and Shift Leader is required. Management experience is preferred.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Ability to work in a multi-task in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods of time.
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Must be at least 21 years old.
