A construction company is seeking an Office Assistant. In this role, you’ll play a critical role in keeping a positive, welcoming and productive environment to ensure the smooth operation of an office.
Job type: Temporary (3 months with possible extension)
Pay: $20/hr
Schedule: Monday – Friday : 7am to 4pm (1 hour lunch)
Location: Aiea – by Halawa District Park
Parking: Available
Duties:
- Booking flights and travel arrangements.
- Assisting with payroll / timesheets (Sage system) they are unionized so some familiarity preferred but not required.
- A/P, process and reconcile invoices
- Manage accounts: basic accounting, bookkeeping
- Work with MS Excel sheets
- Other related duties as requested
Minimum Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Minimum 1 year of experience in accounting roles
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial records.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
