Position Overview
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Outbound Shipping Coordinator to join our client’s team. In this role, you will play a key part in ensuring the timely and accurate delivery of goods to customers. Responsibilities include coordinating outbound shipments, managing inventory levels, and collaborating with internal teams to resolve shipping-related issues.
This is a full-time, on-site position requiring in-person interviews.
Work Schedule
- Monday to Friday: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- On-site position (no remote work available)
- In-person interviews required
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate outbound shipments to ensure timely dispatch and delivery
- Maintain accurate inventory levels based on customer demand
- Partner with shipping and receiving teams to streamline processes
- Troubleshoot and resolve shipping-related issues promptly
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify process improvements and reduce operational costs
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in logistics or supply chain management
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication abilities and comfort working in a fast-paced environment
- Highly detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Proficiency with Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Excel and Outlook
