The role is critical in the restaurant because you'll:
- Ensure a memorable visit: Maintain the upkeep of customer and employee accessible areas. Assists Management Team in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness and maintaining restaurant equipment.
- Provide the supply: Unload incoming deliveries and help replenish necessary stock
- Be in the know: Conduct routine maintenance and safety checks on equipment and building systems
- Lead the experience: Ensure the maintenance meets and exceeds food safety and storage
standards of excellence
To be successful in this role, you'll need:

The Maintenance Person's responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:
- Filtering oil fryers daily
- Maintaining outside grounds
- Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms and restrooms
- Unload delivery truck 2 times a week
- Take out and empty trash compactor
- Change light bulbs
- Clean HVAC/Exhaust units and roof of debris
You must be 18 years or older to be maintenance in our locally owned and operated restaurants.
