Heatcraft Refrigeration is a long-standing leader in the world of commercial refrigeration, providing climate-control solutions. Their state-of-the-art manufacturing facilities in the cities of Stone Mountain and Tifton, Georgia, produce evaporators, condensers, compressor racks, and other top-quality refrigeration products for their six market-leading brands: Bohn, Larkin, Climate Control, Chandler, Magna Industrial and InterLink. Heatcraft products are primarily used to preserve food and other perishables in supermarkets, convenience stores, restaurants, warehouses and distribution centers, in addition to other applications such as data centers, pharmaceutical and industrial process cooling.
What Drives Success
Location: Stone Mountain, GA (100% Onsite)
As the Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for assigning and coordinating the work in a manufacturing department in order to maximize productivity and minimize cost while maintaining quality.
- Authority for personnel actions and oversees most day to day operations of group.
- Maintain log of shift operations.
- Prepare daily time sheets for hourly employees, production summaries, overtime and downtime reports.
- Inspect products to verify production specifications are met.
- Review production schedules, material and manpower resources.
- Assign employees to maximize production objectives, maintain quality and attain output requirements.
- Participate in establishing and modifying operational methods and processes by recommending changes in materials, equipment and procedures.
- Maintain a variety of reports, records and production documentation to reflect schedules and performance.
- Train new workers in the organizations operating procedures and standards.

In order to be successful in this role, you will need to have the following:
- Requires a high school diploma or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Requires at least 5 years related experience.
- Good work record and experience.
- Ability to lead in a production environment.
- Requires tact and good judgement.
- Excellent communication skills.
What We Offer
Compensation: This is a salaried exempt role. The starting salary range for this role and market is between
$68,000- $89,000 annually. Factors that may affect starting salary include geography/market and the skills, education, experience, and other qualifications of the successful candidate. Employees in this role are also eligible for an annual bonus in accordance with the terms of the Company's applicable plan. Employees in this role are not eligible for overtime.
Benefits: Subject to applicable eligibility requirements, the following benefits are offered for this role: tuition reimbursement; medical, dental, and vision insurance; prescription drug coverage; 401(k) retirement plan; short-term disability insurance; 8 weeks paid birthing leave; 2 weeks paid bonding leave; life and long-term disability insurance.
Depending on date of hire, and subject to applicable eligibility requirements, new employees in this role also receive up to: 12 days paid time off, 2 paid well-being days, 1 paid volunteer day, 10-11 paid holidays, and 3 floating holidays per year.
