We're currently seeking an impossibly charismatic Fitness Receptionist. This role is the first impression of Anatomy Gym at 1 Hotel South Beach. The ideal candidate is a service-driven rockstar who thrives on creating warm, elevated guest experiences for all that walk through the door. They welcome every member and visitor with confidence, professionalism, and genuine hospitality, setting the tone for the Anatomy brand from the moment guests walk through the door.

About you...
Passionate about hotel operations and guest service with a minimum of 1 years of similar work experience.
A post-secondary diploma or degree would be a plus.
Advanced knowledge of operations, a strong leader and a proven track record in guest and team member engagement.
Excels at communication, both verbal and written.
Is flexible and willing to meet the demands of a 24-hour operation.
