About the Role

We're looking for a Senior Graphic Designer to join our Marketing Department. This role blends design skill with production know-how, ensuring Market of Choice print media is both beautiful and effective. From in-store signage and seasonal campaigns to packaging and promotional materials, you'll manage the full print process-concept through completion.

What You'll Do

  • Design and produce print materials that align with Market of Choice brand standards and tone.
  • Oversee print production schedules, timelines and vendor relationships to ensure projects are delivered on time and on budget.
  • Collaborate with our in-house marketing team-writers, designers, digital media, sales managers and leadership-to bring creative concepts to life.
  • Manage quality control of print projects, from proofing to press checks.
  • Maintain and evolve brand consistency across all print formats.
  • Research materials, processes and print innovations that can enhance Market of Choice customer communications.

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • 2+ years professional experience in graphic design, with emphasis on print production.
  • Proven project management skills, with ability to juggle multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
  • Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop required).
  • Strong understanding of typography, layout, color, and brand application.
  • Familiarity with aper selection, print production processes, paper selection, including pre-press, file prep and vendor coordination.
  • Excellent communication skills and collaborative spirit.
  • A creative eye for design, paired with a detail-oriented approach.
