The Office Administrator provides administrative and operational support to the Warehouse Support Specialist and broader office and warehouse teams. This role is responsible for assisting with audits, documentation, employee engagement activities, and day-to-day office coordination to ensure smooth operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Warehouse Support Specialist with administrative and operational tasks
- Audit and review agency invoices for accuracy and completeness
- File, organize, and maintain physical and digital documents
- Assist with planning and coordinating employee engagement events
- Set up conference rooms for meetings and events as needed
- Order lunch for the office and assist with meeting logistics
- Distribute and manage office supplies across departments
- Provide general administrative support to office and warehouse teams
- Use Excel to track invoices, reports, and administrative data
Qualifications & Skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel required
- Prior warehouse experience preferred
- Strong organizational and time-management skills
- High attention to detail, especially when auditing invoices and records
- Ability to multitask and support multiple teams
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Work Schedule & Pay
- Monday – Friday
- 8:00 AM – 4:30 PM
- Pay rate: $17.50 – $20.00 per hour, depending on experience
