Position: Supervisor
Job Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations and job site activities
- Lead, manage, and motivate crews to meet project goals
- Ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and to company standards
- Enforce safety policies and company procedures
- Coordinate with management, clients, and team members
- Monitor progress, address issues, and implement solutions efficiently
- Conduct inspections and ensure quality control
- Maintain accurate documentation, reports, and schedules
- Train, mentor, and evaluate team performance

- Proven leadership and supervisory experience
- Strong communication and organizational skills

Position: Bidder / Estimator
Job Responsibilities
- Prepare accurate and competitive bids and cost estimates
- Review project plans, specifications, and scopes of work
- Analyze labor, materials, equipment, and subcontractor costs
- Communicate with vendors and subcontractors for pricing
- Track bid deadlines and ensure timely submissions
- Maintain organized records of bids and estimates
- Collaborate with supervisors and management on job scope and pricing
- Update estimates based on revisions or project changes
- Follow company pricing guidelines and approval processes
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong analytical and mathematical skills
- High attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to read and interpret plans and specifications
- Experience with estimating software, spreadsheets, or similar tools
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
