Machine Operator- Temporary: Monroe, Wisconsin
Our customer in Monroe, Wisconsin is seeking motivated individuals to join their team. We’re recruiting Machine Operators to work full-time on 3rd shift. As a Machine Operator, you will be responsible for operating, monitoring, and maintaining production machinery while ensuring product quality, cleanliness, and efficient packaging in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities of the Machine Operator:
- Perform routine quality inspections to ensure products meet company standards
- Operate multiple machines simultaneously in a hot, fast-paced production environment
- Package small components into boxes, including bending, twisting, and moving items from floor level
- Maintain clean and sanitary workstations, assisting with sanitation duties as needed
- Monitor machinery and report malfunctions or safety concerns promptly
- Stand for the entire shift while handling repetitive tasks with accuracy and efficiency
Machine Operator Requirements and Qualifications:
- Ability to lift up to 25 lbs. on a regular basis
- Comfortable standing, bending, and twisting throughout an entire shift
- Experience operating machinery in a manufacturing or warehouse setting (preferred)
- Willingness to perform light assembly work when required
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to product quality
- Ability to work in a hot environment and follow all safety and sanitation procedures
Pay for Machine Operator: Starting at $17.50/hour.
