En raison de notre croissance robuste, nous recherchons des conducteurs expérimentés de classe 1 pour les itinéraires désignés à travers le Canada / États-Unis pour rejoindre notre équipe de professionnels de la conduite avec Connors Transfer Ltd., une division de Cooke. Connors est basé à Woodstock, au Nouveau-Brunswick, et à Stellarton, en Nouvelle-Zélande, mais le candidat doit être disposé à exercer ses activités partout au Canada et aux États-Unis, au besoin. Nous courons du N.-B./N.-É./Î.-P.-É. dans la côte est, rechargeant pour l’Ontario ou Montréal, avant de retourner vers l’est. Cette position fera appel à à des joueurs d’équipe fiables et motivés avec une solide éthique de travail et la disponibilité de travailler des heures flexibles.

Le Rôle
Pour réussir dans ce rôle, le candidat doit posséder :
- Un permis de conduire de classe 1 E valide
- Un dossier de conduite vierge
- Au moins 2 ans d’expérience de conduite et/ou un certificat d’une école de conduite
- Un excellent dossier de sécurité
- Des compétences efficaces, fiables et professionnelles en matière de service à la clientèle
- De solides compétences interpersonnelles et de communication
Une expérience avec des équipements de transport réfrigérés serait considérée comme un atout.
Forfait de rémunération:
Kilométrage simple
- Taux de kilométrage – (à partir de) 0,46 $/mile canadien
- Taux de kilométrage – (à partir de) 0,62 $/mile américain
- Prise en charge : 25,00 $/heure
- Détention : 18,00 $/heure
Kilométrage d'équipe
- Taux de kilométrage au Canada – (à partir de) 0,31 $/mile par conducteur
- Taux de kilométrage aux États-Unis – (à partir de) 0,39 $/mile par conducteur
- Prise en charge : 15,55 $/heure par conducteur
