Our client, a leader in the industrial sector, is seeking an Industrial Sales Administrator to join their team. As an Industrial Sales Administrator, you will be part of the sales department supporting customer engagement and product management. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, a collaborative spirit, and a proactive approach which will align successfully in the organization.

What's the Job?
- Handle customer inquiries in person, via email, fax, or phone, providing technical hydraulic product support.
- Interact with team members to ensure customer requirements are met accurately and timely.
- Supervise product inventory, including setting minimum and maximum levels to support customer needs.
- Ensure accuracy of invoicing, shipping, and receiving processes.
- Regularly review technical and marketing bulletins to maintain current product knowledge.

- A strong background and knowledge of hydraulic products, schematics, and systems.
- A desire to explore new business opportunities to enhance relationships with existing and new customers.
- Ability to work well in a team environment with the Branch Manager and fellow staff members.
